摘要 目前研究往复迷宫压缩机活塞与气缸之间迷宫密封泄漏量多采用静态数值模拟的方法,此方法精度较低,模拟泄漏量的误差极大。以Fluent软件的动网格数值模拟方法为理论依据,通过改变密封间隙、空腔深宽比、齿数、进出口压力比以及活塞往复速率进行数值模拟。结论表明:动网格模拟得到的模拟数值比原方法精度高出2.3%~3.5%。 Currently, the research on reciprocating compressor about labyrinth seal leakage between the piston and cylinder focuses on the static numerical simulation. However this method can't provide adequate accuracy and great error of simulated leakage. In this paper, based on the dynamic numerical simulation software Fluent, numerical simulation was employed by changing the seal gap,cavity aspect ratio, the number of teeth, inlet and outlet pressure ratio as well as the velocity of the piston. The results represent that numerical simulation of the proposed method is higher on numerical accuracy by 2.3 %~3.5% than the original method.
