迷宫密封内流场的数值模拟和泄漏量研究 被引量:11

摘要 对2种类型的直通迷宫密封内的流场进行数值模拟研究,分析了迷宫密封内的压力和速度场分布情况,指出泄漏量产生的原因,并计算了迷宫密封的泄漏量。同时对迷宫型汽封齿的密封原理进行了详细的解释,为开发和研究新型密封和防泄漏结构提供了参考依据。 The flow fields of two types of labyrinth seal were numerically simulated in this paper, and the pressure field and velocity field were analyzed simultaneously. The causes of leakage were discussed and the leakage rate was calculated. The seal principle of labyrinth seal was presented in details, offering references to development and study of new type labyrinth seal and leakage prevention.
