摘要
目的了解重庆市大、中、小学校饮用水卫生状况,为加强监督管理,保障师生饮水卫生安全,防止介水性传染病的暴发流行提供科学依据。方法于2013年5月至10月,对重庆市39个区县的3003所学校的饮用水卫生状况进行调查。结果城市中小学中,市政供水率为98.13%(579/589),显著高于乡村中小学市政供水率57.84%(823/1423);城市中小学具备提供开水设备率为77.24%(455/589),显著高于乡村中小学的55.24%(786/1423);在城市中小学中,自建设施供水仅占1.53%(9/589)显著低于乡村中小学的30.15%(429/1423);9所自建设施集中式供水的城市中、小学,水源卫生防护合格率、蓄水设施定期清洗消毒率、定期进行水质监测率、水质合格率均分别显著高于乡村中、小学对应指标,差异均具有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论 2013年重庆市学校饮用水卫生状况不容乐观,乡村中、小学饮用水卫生不合格状况尤为突出,应当引起教育部门及卫生监督部门重视,加强学校饮用水管理,以确保师生饮水安全。
Objective： To provide scientific information for strengthening supervision and management of drinking water, and for prevention the outbreak of water-borne infectious disease in school by investigating the current situations of drinking water in schools of Chongqing city.Methods： A cross-sectional study on situations of drink- ing water were carried out in 3003 schools in Chongqing city. Result： the rate of municipal water supply of primary schools in city is higher than that of in countryside schools [98.13%（579/589）vs.57.84%（823/1423）]; Approximate 77.24%（455/589） of primary schools in city can supply boiling water for students, however only 55.24% （786/1423） in countryside schools; Approximate 1.53%（9/589）of primary schools in city have self-built self-built facilities for water provision, however only 30.15%（429/1423）in countryside schools; The qualified rate of standard protection of water, regular cleaning and disinfecting rate of water storage facilities, rate of regular monitoring water quality and qualified rate of water supply of nine primary schools in city were higher than that in countryside schools..Conclusions： There are some hidden dangers in pollution which lie in the quality of drinking water in schools in Chongqing city. It is necessary for manager working in the department of education and health to pay attention to these defects and strength the management of drinking water in schools.
