摘要
高职院校学生党员培养教育工作存在党性理论教育缺乏系统性、培养内容不完整、后续教育不扎实等诸多问题,通过对存在问题的分析,提出了构建循序渐进的党性理论教育体系、加强校内外实践考验和重视模范作用的发挥等对策。
The nurturing of student party members in vocational colleges lacks the systematic theoretical education. Training content is incomplete, and follow-up education is loose. Through the analysis of problems, the paper proposes to build a progressive party theoretical education system, strengthen internal and external practice tests and pay attention to exemplary roles.
