摘要
当前,提高党员质量,加强和改进高职学生入党积极分子的考核评价工作,是高职院校党建工作的一个重要课题。本文结合工作实践,提出了建立健全网格化、多角度、动态化的综合素质考评体系,力求对入党积极分子的考评做到科学、规范、合理、可量化,以确保学生党员发展的质量,不断提高高职入党积极分子培养教育工作的科学化水平。
At present, it is an important topic for Party building in Higher Vocational colleges to improve the Party member quality and strengthen the evaluation work of higher vocational college＇ s student activists. Combining with the working practice, this essay puts forward to establishing a sound grid, multi angle, dynamic evaluation system about comprehensive qualities. Through this evaluation system, we are trying to make the evaluation work scientific, reasonable, normative and quantitative. Then, we can continuously improve the training and education＇ s scientific level of higher vocational college＇ s student activists and ensure the quality of student Party members.
