摘要
在新的历史条件下,国家要实现伟大复兴,经济要实现创新转型,产业要更新换代等,都迫切需要职场人提升"工匠精神"素质。从构建素质模型着手,立足于高职院校学生的"工匠精神",以期培养出对职业敬畏、对工作执着、对产品负责的精益求精的专业人才,也为高职院校学生的培养教育工作提供借鉴。
Under the new historical conditions, the great rejuvenation of the nation, the innovation and transition of economy, the renovation of industry all need to promote craftsman spirit of vocational personnel. From the construction of qualities model, based on the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students, it expects to cultivate the professional talents with dedication, persistence, and constantly perfecting their skills, and also provides reference for the cultivation of higher vocational students.
