Analysis of Lycium Barbarum Varieties by Using SRAP

摘要 应用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)标记,对15个枸杞品种进行了遗传多样性分析。从36对引物组合中筛选8对引物组合用于PCR扩增,共获得39条谱带,多态性条带为37条,平均多态性百分率为94.8%,每对引物组合扩增出条带数3-9条不等,平均每对引物组合得到4.8条。15份材料之间遗传相似系数范围介于0.13-1.00之间,说明供试枸杞品种间存在丰富的遗传多样性。 A genetic diversity analysis was carried out for 15 lycium barbarum varieties by using the sequence related amplified polymorphism(SRAP)marking. Eight pairs of primer combinations were screened from thirty six pairs of primer combinations to be used for PCR amplification,and thirty nine bands were obtained,including thirty seven polymorphic bands,the average polymorphism percentage was 94.8%. The number of polymorphic bands for each primer combination ranged from 3 to 9 bands,and on the average each primer combination gets 4.8 bands. The genetic similarity coefficient varied from 0.13 to 1.00 among 15 lycium barbarum varieties,and the results indicated that there are abundant genetic diversity among lycium barbarum varieties.
