摘要
以36个黄麻野生种和栽培种为材料,对其基因组DNA进行相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)分子标记分析.结果表明:从50对引物中筛选出扩增带型好、品种间带型差异明显、易于识别的34对多态性引物,共扩增出1845条多态性条带,平均每对引物扩增出51.25条,最后从中筛选出14对核心引物构建了36个黄麻品种的DNA指纹图谱,每个品种均有各自特异的DNA指纹,可为黄麻种质资源分子身份证绘制提供依据.
Jute is an important fiber crop in textile industry and paper manufacture. The objective of this study is to establish se- quence related amplified polymorphism (SBAP) finserpfints of 36 representative jute varieties at home and abroad. A total of 50 SRAP was used to survey the polymorphism, the result showed 34 pairs of SRAP primers could amplify polymorphism bands and revealed 1845 polymorphic loci in total, with an average of 51.25 polymorphic bands per primer pair. Then 14 pairs core primers were selected. They could distinguish the 36 jute varieties to establish the DNA fingerprints, in which each variety had its unique fingerprinting pattern.
