S3和ProTaper两种镍钛预备系统对后牙弯曲根管预备疗效的比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较S3和Pro Taper机动镍钛预备系统对后牙弯曲根管预备的疗效。方法将临床拔除完整的第1、2磨牙患者随机分成两组:A组用S3镍钛系统,B组用Pro Taper镍钛系统,比较预备时间、预备前后X线片上扩大锉尖偏移的距离。结果 S3器械组、Pro Taper器械组预备平均用时分别为104.03 s、174.93 s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);离体牙预备前后X线片比较,两组根管偏移,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两组对后牙弯曲根管的预备疗效无明显差异,但前者工作效率高。 Objective Comparison of $3 and ProTaper motor nickel titanium preparation system for tooth bending after the effect of root canal preparation.Methods Pull out clinical complete 1, 2 molar randomly into two groups: group A with S3 nickel titanium system, group B with ProTaper nickel titanium system, compare the difference between before and after the preparation time, prepare x ray film on expanding file pointed offset distance.Results S3 instrument, Protaper equipment group to prepare the average is 104.03 s, 174.93 s, respectively, (P〈 0.05), statistically significant; In vitro x ray film to compare before and after tooth preparation, root canal deviation, the two groups (P〉0.05), is not statistically significant.Conclusion The two groups after the tooth bending effect of root canal preparation has no obvious difference, but the former high work efficiency.
