VDW Raypex5根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度的准确性评价 被引量:2

摘要 根管治疗术是牙髓病和根尖周病等首选的最佳方法,其成功与否取决于充分的根管预备、冲洗以及完善的根管充填,要达到这些要求,准确地确定根管的工作长度是关键所在。常用测量根管工作长度的方法有手感法、电测法及X线插针照相法等,其中电测法因其使用方便、准确性高、X线的辐射量少等优点受到临床医师的普遍欢迎。笔者研究VDW Raypex 5根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度的准确率,目的是探求一种简便、准确、快捷的测量方法,从而提高根管治疗成功率。
