摘要
目的分析米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年6月至2014年6月在我院治疗子宫肌瘤的80例患者作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和观察组,对照组(n=40)患者采取桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗,观察组(n=40)患者采取米非司酮进行治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况,分析米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。结果对照组患者总有效率(72.5%)低于观察组患者总有效率(92.5%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.对照组患者不良反应的发生率(22.5%)高于观察组患者不良反应的发生率(2.5%),差异有统计学意义,χ2=0.007,P<0.05。结论米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,不良反应少,安全有效,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Randomly selected 80 cases from June 2013 to 2014June in our hospital for the treatment of uterine fibroids patients as research object, whichis equaly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group（n=40） patients to take Guizhi Fuling Capsule for treatment, the observation group （n=40）patients to take mifepristone treatment, clinical analysis of curative effect of two groups were compared and adverse reactions, analysis of clinical efficacy of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Results the patients in the control group the total efective rate （72.5%） lower than the patients in the observation group the total efective rate（92.5%）, the difference was statisticaly significant,P〈0.05. the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in the control group （22.5%） was higher than the incidence ofadverse reactions of the patients in the observation group （2.5%）, the difference wasstatisticaly significant,χ2=0.007,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids significant effect, less adverse reaction, safe and effective, worthy of extensivepromotion and application.
