摘要
目的就子宫肌瘤治疗中米非司酮的治疗效果进行探究。方法本次研究所选对象均为我院近两年收治的子宫肌瘤患者,共60例,所有患者均接受米非司酮治疗,观察治疗前后子宫与子宫肌瘤体积变化情况以及血清激素水平。结果患者子宫肌瘤得到有效治疗。结论针对子宫肌瘤施以米非司酮治疗效果较好,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital in the past two years were enrolled in this study.They were treated with mifepristone to observe the changes of uterine and uterine fibroids before and after treatment and serum hormone levels.Results The patient's uterine fibroids were effectively treated.Conclusion The treatment of uterine fibroids with mifepristone is effective and worthy of further clinical application.
