基于能力本位的音乐表演专业课程构建与实施

摘要 能力本位是一种职业教育思想,其核心是职业能力培养。构建以"善表演、能组织、会指导"三大职业能力为核心的课程体系,形成以艺术实践为中轴,以专业技能训练为主线,"学、训、演"三线并行的课程实施模式,是能力本位教育思想在音乐表演专业人才培养的重要实践。 Competency-based education is a kind of vocational educational ideology focusing on cultivating vocational competence. The important practice of it on cultivating professionals in music performance is carried out through constructing the curriculum system concentrating on three professional ability including performance, organization and guidance and forming the implementation of the curriculum. The axis of it is art practice. The principal line of it is training the professional skills with learning, training and performing implemented simultaneously.
