摘要
进行了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在防油纸表面施胶中的应用试验,当防油剂和羧甲基纤维素配合使用时,成纸的防油效果更佳。结果表明:当CMC的用量5.0 kg·t^(-1)纸、防油剂用量8 kg·t^(-1)纸时,不仅可以保证成纸的物理指标满足生产要求,而且降低了生产成本。
This paper mainly studied the application of carboxymethyl cellulose on the greaseproof paper surface sizing. It could make the surface of paper better greaseproof function when oH-proof agent was used together with carboxymethyl ceUulose. The results proved that when the amount of carboxymethyl cellulose was 5.0 kg't-1 and the amount of oil-proof agent was 8 kg't 1 did not only ensure the physical indicators of the paper meet the requirement of production, but also reduced the costs of production.
