摘要
含氟化合物具有优异的防水防油性能,是纸张、织物、皮革等多种底材的优良整理剂,当与淀粉配合使用时,能使纸张表面具有更好的防油性能。本文采用L16(45)进行正交实验设计以优选防油纸表面施胶剂的最优配方,实验表明:达到防油等级预期目标12级并最佳的条件为:改性淀粉CS-03,防油剂对改性淀粉的用量35%,施胶量约1.5g·m-2,施胶温度60℃,胶液pH值3.0或4.0。
Fluorinated compounds have good greaseproof and shower-proof function, and they are good finishing agent for paper, textile, leather and other substrates. It can make the paper surface better greaseproof function when fluoride containing oil repellent used with starch. Designed by means of orthogonal test of L16(4s), experiments were carried out to study the optimal formulation of the surface sizing agent of greaseproof paper. In order to achieve the goal that the oil repellent grade is 12 and there is the most economic benefit, the results of orthogonal experiment indicated that the conditions are as follows: the type of modified starch is CS- 03, the amount ofoil repellent is 35%, the amount of sizing agent is about 1.5 g·m^-2, sizing temperature is 60℃, pH value is 4.0.
