摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯、全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸十八酯)为主要原料,以过硫酸钾和偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,以丙烯酸羟乙酯为交联剂,制备了水性阳离子全氟丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。并进行了表征,经过含氟单体质量分数为50%的乳液整理过的纸张纤维对水和液体石蜡的接触角分别为135°和120°;通过扫描电子显微镜,观察到聚合物薄膜包裹了纸张纤维表面。
The perfluorinated acrylate soap-free emulsionwas prepared using butyl acrylate(BA),perfluorinated alkyl ethyl acrylate(FM),methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC),methyl methacrylate(MMA),octadecyl acrylate(ODA) as monomers,using potassium peroxydisulfate(KPS) and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator,using hydroxyl ethyl acrylate(HEA) as crosslinker.The structure of the copolymer was characterized.The contact angle of water and liquid paraffin on the paper treated by the emulsion was 135°and 120°respectively when w(FM)=50%.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that the paper fiber surface was covered by polymer film
