摘要
依据GB/T 5009.124-2003改进方法,应用氨基酸自动分析仪研究了刺梨种子中水解氨基酸的含量,以期为刺梨种子的变废为宝提供理论支撑。结果表明刺梨种子中含有21种氨基酸,其中含有4种人体必需氨基酸,含量最多的氨基酸为天冬酰胺最少的为酪氨酸。
According to the improved methods of GB/T 5009.124-2003, automatic amino acid analyzer is used to study the Rosa roxburghii Tratt seeds, the content of hydrolyzed amino acid in order to provide theoretical support for the exploitation of Rosa roxburghii Tratt seeds. It shows that the Rosa roxburghii Tratt seeds contains 21 kinds of amino acids, which contains four kinds of essential amino acids, the most abundant amino acid is asparagine and the least is tyrosine.
