摘要
目的:探讨个体化健康教育应用于手部肌腱损伤患者的临床效果。方法选取我科2010年4月∽2012年3月收治的49例手部肌腱损伤患者设为对照组,开展常规健康教育;2012年4月∽2014年3月收治的50例手部肌腱损伤患者设为研究组,开展个体化健康教育。记录两组干预前后手功能恢复状况、疼痛程度以及行为认知水平,并进行比较。结果研究组手功能恢复优良率达90.0%,对照组手功能恢复优良率达61.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组干预前疼痛程度比较无显著性差异(P> 0.05);研究组干预后的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组干预前SCL -90各维度评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组干预后SCL -90各维度评分低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育模式应用于手部肌腱损伤患者,能有效促进受损肌腱功能恢复,并减轻患者疼痛程度及临床症状,取得较为满意的临床效果。
Objective To explore the influence of individual health education in patients on hand surgery department of tendon injury recovery situation and behavior of cognition of hand function ,and accumulate high quality nursing experience .Methods the emergency department of our hospital admitted 49 cases of hand tendon injury patients in 2010 April ∽2012 March ,as control group ,carry out routine health education;selected the emergency department of our hospital in 2012 April ∽2014 year in March ad‐mitted 50 cases of hand tendon injury patients ,as study group ,carry out individual health education .Record two groups of patients before and after intervention ,the functional recovery of the degree of pain and behavioral and cognitive level ,and make comparisons . Results the study group of hand function recovery rate of excellent and good was 90% (45/50) ,the control group of hand function recovery rate of excellent and good was 61 .2% (30/49) ,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0 .05) .No statistically significant difference between two groups before the intervention of pain degree (P〉0 .05);the study group the degree of pain prognosis was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0 .05) .No statistical significance in two groups before the intervention of the SCL -90 score of each dimension difference (P〉0 .05);the study group the SCL -90 score of each dimension were lower than the control group ,the difference was statis‐tically significant (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion individual health education mode compared with the traditional mode of education on the patients with hand tendon injury ,can effectively promote the functional prognosis of damaged tendon ,and the pa‐tients to relieve physical pain and clinical symptoms ,obtain satisfactory clinical effect .
