摘要
目的:探讨手部动力支具在多区肌腱修复术后的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年2月我院收治的81例肌腱损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为支具组45例和对照组36例。支具组安装手部动力支具进行功能锻炼,并配合中药熏洗;对照组给予常规治疗,并配合中药熏洗。治疗后,用总主动活动度测定法(total active movement,TAM)评定患指肌腱修复后的功能。结果:随访3个月,支具组的综合优良率为87.9%,高于对照组的63.9%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;支具组的二次松解手术发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,χ2=3.854,P=0.048<0.05;两组均未发生不良反应。结论:手部动力支具能较明显地降低肌腱修复术后粘连的发生率和二次松解手术发生率,安全有效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of hand dynamic Brace after the repair of Multi-area tendon injury. Methods：From June 2016 to February 2018, 81 patients with tendon injury in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in the brace group and 36 cases in the control group. In the brace group, hand power brace was installed for functional exercise and fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine; while in the control group, routine treatment was given and fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine. Evaluated the function of tendon after repair by TAM（total active movement） after the treatment. Results： After 3 months follow-up, the comprehensive excellent and good rate of the brace group was 87.9%, higher than that of the control group（63.9%）, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. And the rate of secondary release surgery in the brace group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, χ2=3.854, P=0.048 〈0.05. There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion： The hand dynamic brace can obviously reduce the rate of adhesion after tendon repair and the rate of secondary release, it is safe and effective.
