摘要
目的探讨个体化健康教育对预防不同成分尿路结石复发的影响。方法 回顾性分析2010年10月~2012年10月我院收治的尿路结石患者500例,将其按护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组250例。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组在对照组基础上根据结石成分针对患者进行个体化健康教育,观察两组患者2年内结石复发情况及结石相关知识的掌握程度。结果 两组均随访2年,观察组2年内结石复发率明显低于对照组,观察组对结石相关知识的掌握程度明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 对不同成分的尿路结石患者实施个体化健康教育有助于降低尿路结石的复发率。
Objective To explore the influence of individual health education on the prevention of recurrence of different composition of lithangiuria. Methods 500 cases of patients with urinary stones from October 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The cases were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 250 cases in each group.Control group were treated with conventional health education method,while observation group were treated with individualized health education on the basis of control group according to the composition of urinary stones.The recurrence and the mastery degree of the knowledge of urinary stones were observed between two groups in two years. Results After 2 years of follow-up,the recurrence of the observation group was significantly lower than control group,and the mastery degree of the knowledge of urinary stones in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Individual health education on patients with different composition of urinary stones is conducive to reduce the recurrence rate of the urinary stones.
