摘要
在分析了金刚石线切割机装配工艺的基础上,提出与之匹配的装配工艺可视化系统,介绍了一种用于装配仿真的软件平台,并重点研究了基于3DVIA Composer平台的装配工艺可视化系统的实现方法,包括装配过程中仿真动画的制作方法和装配工艺后处理方法,初步实现了基于3DVIA Composer的金刚石线切割机装配工艺可视化。
Assembly process of diamond-wire cutting machine was analyzed ,and the matching assembly process visualization sys-tem was put forward based on it .It introduced a simulation software platform used for assembly ,and studied the implementation methods of assembly process visualization system based on 3DVIA Composer platform ,which included the creation method of sim-ulation animation in the assembly process and the method of assembly process post-processing .It realized the assembly process vi-sualization of diamond-wire cutting machine based on 3DVIA Composer eventually .
