摘要
装配是磨机生产制造过程中最重要的、耗费时间和成本最多的步骤。目前,智能装配已经成为实现制造业自动化和增强市场竞争力的一项重要技术。基于计算机辅助设计(Computer Aided Design,CAD)模型数据的应用,提出一种磨机装配序列智能规划方法。通过模型数据的智能提取构建装配体知识模型,基于模糊集隶属度和实际连接关系实现磨机装配序列智能规划。
Assembly is one of the most important, time-consuming and cost-intensive steps in the manufacturing process of mills. Intelligent assembly has become an important technology to automate manufacturing and enhance market competitiveness.Based on the application of CAD model data, this paper proposes an intelligent planning method for mill assembly sequence.Through intelligent extraction of model data, an assembly knowledge model is constructed, and based on fuzzy set membership and actual connection relationship, the intelligent planning of mill assembly sequence is realized.
