摘要
为了解决三维数字化工艺设计中存在的信息流程不统一、数据传递不一致、过于依赖人工经验的难题,提出了一种新的三维数字化工艺设计新模式,构建了面向三维数字化工艺设计模型,有效解决了传统设计模式中二维向三维模型转换时的失真问题,确保了三维数字化设计中数据传输的唯一性,对提升机械设计制造的数字化、智能化水平具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the problems of unified information flow,inconsistent data transmission and over-reliance on manual experience in 3D digital process design,a new model of 3D digital process design is proposed,and a 3D-oriented digital process design model is constructed,which effectively solves the distortion problem when converting 2D to 3D models in the traditional design mode and ensures the data transmission in 3D digital design It ensures the uniqueness of data transmission in 3D digital design,which is of great significance to enhance the digital and intelligent level of machinery design and manufacturing.
