摘要
《招聘与录用》是一门突出能力应用的课程,其目标是培养兼具理论性与实践性的应用型人才。但是传统的课堂教学方式忽略了实践教学过程导致学生不能适应工作环境的具体要求。基于此提出了"三位一体"互动教学模式,该模式包含了教学主体和教学方式两方面内容。强调在教学主体"教师-学生-实践导师"上实施"体验-教学-实践"教学方式,以达到锻炼学生在工作环境下具备良好的学习能力和解决问题的能力。
"Employment Advertise and Hires" is the kind of course focusing on students' ability training. It's goal to cultivate the practice ability of technology-applied talents. But on the traditional classroom teaching model ignore the practice teaching process. It's hard for students to adjust to the new woking conditions. This paper proposed a solution for this realistic predicament : "trinity" interactive teaching model. This new model has both teaching subjects and teaching methods. It emphasises that "experience-teachpractice" should based on "teacher-students-tutor", in order to achieve train the students' essential ability of study,solve the question in the work environment.
