摘要
目的观察中药复方芪术汤联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)对艾滋病(AIDS)病人的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集符合抗病毒标准的AIDS病人共74例,将其分为三组:单用HAART组30例,唐草片联合HAART组22例,复方芪术汤联合HAART组22例。每组均治疗6个月,观察3个月及6个月时CD+4T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数、中医证候疗效及治疗过程中有无不良反应。结果唐草片联合HAART组治疗6个月后,对比HAART组CD4细胞差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方芪术汤联合HAART治疗6个月后,对比HAART组CD4细胞差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方芪术汤与唐草片两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。唐草片组、复方芪术汤组治疗3个月、6个月后,对比单用HAART组,中医症状体征积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其中,唐草片组、复方芪术汤组组间差异无统计学意义。唐草片组、复方芪术汤组治疗后3个月和6个月,对比单用HAART组,中医证候疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组之间差异无统计学意义。三组病人治疗中血常规、肝功能差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方芪术汤联合HAART治疗AIDS病人,对改善中医证候疗效、提高CD4细胞计数有一定作用,与唐草片联合HAART疗效相当。相比于单用HAART治疗方案,复方芪术汤联合HAART无明显不良反应,安全可靠。
Objective Observe the clinical effects of treating AIDS by Fu Fang Qi Shu decoction combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）.Methods Collected 74 AIDS patients meeting the criterion of HAART,divided them into 3groups：group one used HAART,group two used Tang Cao tablet combined with HAART（TC group）,group three used Fu Fang Qi Shu decoction combined with HAART（FFQS group）.Each group was treated for 6months.Observed the quantity of T-cells after 3months or 6months,the quantitative calculus on TCM symptoms and adverse reaction during treatment.Results Compared with the group using HAART（30patients）only,the quantity of T-cell in TC group（22patients）after treating 6months has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Compared with the group using HAART only,the quantity of T-cell in FFQS group（22patients）after treating 6months has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The difference of the quantity of T-cell after 3months or 6months between TC group and FFQS group has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Compared with the HAART group,the difference in quantitative calculus of TC group and FFQS group after treating 3or 6months has statistical significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The difference between TC group and FFQS group has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of TC group and FFQS group after treating 3 months or 6months is higher than HAART group,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Among the two groups there are no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The difference of blood cell and liver function between each group has no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion FFQS group has effects in enhancing the quantity of T-cells,releasing the quantitative calculus on TCM symptoms which is equivalent to TC group.Compared to using HARRT only,FFQS group has no significant adverse effects,and confirms safe and reliable.
