摘要
目的对中西药合用治疗艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)病人的疗效和安全性进行评价。方法采用随机双盲、安慰剂平行对照、单中心的临床观察方法,对100例HIV/AIDS病人进行观察,其中治疗组50例[艾宁颗粒+HAART(d4T+ddI+NVP)],对照组50例[安慰剂+HAART(d4T+ddI+NVP)],服药时间11个月。结果(1)艾宁颗粒和HAART合用,未发现毒副反应;(2)两组都出现了CD+4细胞下降的情况,但治疗组CD+4细胞下降的均值比对照组小,组间比较差异具有统计学意义;(3)在改善乏力、纳呆、恶心、腹泻、皮疹症状方面,治疗组优于对照组;(4)两组的病毒载量均上升,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论中西药联合治疗HIV/AIDS病人的疗效和安全性需要进一步探索。
Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of Chinese herb Aining granule combined with HAART for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. Method Prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled and double blinded observations were conducted in one clinical center.One hundred HIV/AIDS cases enrolled in the study were randomized into two groups, The Aining group with 50 cases received Aining granule ＋ HAART（ d4T ＋ ddI ＋ NVP）while the placebo group with 50 cases received placebo ＋ HAART（d4T ＋ ddI ＋ NVP） ;the treatment last for 11 months in either groups. Result （1） No obvious toxic side effect was found in the group treated with Chinese herb Aining granule plus HAART. （2）Although CD4 count decreased in both groups after 11 month treatment, the mean value of CD4 declined less significantly in the Aining group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. （3）The Aining Group had better effect in improving symptoms and signs （fatigue, anorexia, nausea, diarrhea, skin rash etc.） than the control group. （4） Viral loads were elevated in both groups and there was no statistic significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of Chinese herbs combined with HAART for HIV/AIDS still need to be further explored.
