摘要 针对酸压液体一系列技术难点进行了胶凝剂、缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂和助排剂等的优选,通过室内实验对液体体系复配和性能评价研究,开发出一套适用于普光气田深层、高温、孔隙-裂缝性储层酸压改造的耐温抗硫、低伤害、低摩阻的酸压体系,满足普光气田储层特点及酸压配液、大排量施工的工艺要求,具有良好的储层改造效果。该体系成功应用于普光气田303-3等22口井,增产纯天然气3.5×108m3,取得了显著的经济效益。 Considering the technical difficulties of acid fracturing fluid,the optimization of gelling agent,corrosion inhibitor and ferric ion stabilizer and cleanup additive are processed. Through the indoor experiment on the compound liquid system and the research of performance evaluation,a set of acid pressure system is developed,which is heat-resistant,anti-sulfur,low damage to reservoir and low friction resistant. This acid pressure system is suitable for Pu Guang gas field acid-fracture modified reservoir with deep depth,high temperature and fracture pore,and it can meet the process requirement of acid fracturing fluid,large displacement. The result of reservoir modification is very good. The system has been successfully applied in 22 wells of Pu Guang gas field,such as 303-3. The production of natural gas increased by 3. 5 × 108m3,which made remarkable economic benefit.
