摘要
摘要:通过定性及定量分析法,分析了主动进气格栅的不同开度对整孥性能的影响。数据分析显示,低温时采用AGS可以减少暖机时间,达到降低油耗的目的;高速时采用AGS可以减少整车风阻,提高动力性,甚至在空调处于冷却功能时,依然可以控制AGS处于适当的开度,减少风阻。此外,AGS对空调的暖风性能有显著提升效果。研究结果表明,通过优化控制策略AGS可以达到提高整车经济性、动力性的目的。
Through qualitative and quantitative analysis method,analyse different open angle of active grille shutter effects for vehicle performance.Data analysis shows,use AGS can reduce me warm-up time for engine to reach the purpose of reducing the oil consumption under low temperature,use AGS can reduce vehicle wind resistance,improve dynamic,even when A/C is in cooling function,still can control AGS to be in proper open angle to reduce wind resistance.Moreover,AGS has significant effect improvement for A/C heating performance. The research result shows,through optimization control strategy AGS can reach the purpose to improve vehicle economy,dynamic.
