摘要
对3辆样车分别进行有主动进气格栅和无主动进气格栅2个状态下的滑行试验,模拟出实际道路上的阻力情况.从试验得出的滑行数据和滑行阻力曲线分析可知,主动进气格栅能够有效降低整车阻力,随着车速增加效果越来越明显.针对传统燃油汽车,将阻力曲线系数输入到底盘测功机上模拟实际道路阻力情况,得出汽车的燃料消耗量的对比数据.数据分析显示,主动进气格栅能够有效降低传统汽车燃油消耗量,提升整车的燃油经济性.同样,针对纯电动汽车,将阻力曲线系数输入到底盘测功机上模拟实际道路阻力情况,得出续驶里程的对比数据.数据分析显示,主动进气格栅能够有效延长纯电动汽车的续航里程.
Two states of the glide test were carried out on three vehicles with active grille shutter and no active grille shutter to simulate the actual road resistance.The taxi data and taxi resistance curve analysis shows that the active air grille can effectively reduce the vehicle resistance,more obviously.With increasing speed for the traditional fuel vehicle,the resistance curve coefficient was input to the chassis dynamometer to simulate the actual road resistance and caculate the vehicle fuel consumption.Comparative data analysis shows that active intake grille can effectively reduce the traditional car fuel consumption and enhance vehicle fuel economical efficiency.Similarly,for pure electric vehicles,the resistance curve coefficient was input to the chassis dynamometer to simulate the actual road resistance and obtain continuous mileage data.Data comparative analysis shows that active intake grille can effectively extend the mileage of pure electric vehicles.
