摘要
本文采用CFD仿真分析方法对汽车发动机舱内流场和温场进行仿真分析,考虑热对流与热辐射的影响,并与试验结果进行对比,误差控制在10%以内,满足发动机舱热管理工程设计的需求;并在此基础上提出冷却模块中置与偏置两种改进方案,通过对比选出效果较好的偏置方案进行下一轮优化仿真分析;在第二轮偏置方案的基础上进行优化改进后,机舱内部流场得到改善,各零部件温度达到了设计目标的要求。
This paper analyses the flow field and temperature field in a vehicle underhood based on CFD method, condersing the effect of convection and radiation, then compares the results with the experiment and the error is less than 10% which is suitable for the engineering design requirements of underhood thermal management; based on this, two improved schemes of the mid and bias cooling module are put forward, then contrasted and chosen the better bias scheme for the next simulation analysis; after optimization based on the bias scheme in the second round, the flow field in the underhood is improved and the component temperature meets the design requirements.
