摘要
目的探讨消化系统疾病整合教学的效果,从各章节授课教员的选择、研讨课、自修课情况、教材和教学形式的情况了解学生意愿,为提高消化系统疾病教学质量提供参考依据。方法在消化系统疾病教学中采用整合教学法,于课程结束后自制调查表,随机抽取80名临床医学专业学生作为调查对象,调查学生对教学改革的态度。结果 41.5%的学生认为整合教学优于以前的内、外、影像等分别教学的方式,并有学习成绩的提高;27.5%的学生认为不优于以前的教学模式;31.0%的学生表示不清楚;57.5%的学生对整合教学表示满意;52.5%的学生认为在研讨课中适合开展全院疑难病例讨论;在自修课中70%的学生选择自学书本相关内容,78.8%的学生觉得在自修课上无明显收获。71.3%的学生认为消化系统整合教学需要在教材上改革。结论消化系统整合教学被大部分学生所接受并表示满意,同时整合教学还需要在合理安排教学,自修课,教材方面进行适当调整,以满足学生学习实际所需。
Objective To discuss the effect of diseases of the digestive system integration of teaching, understand the willingness of students from the teaching faculty of each chapter, seminar, study hall, the form of teaching material and teaching,and provide a reference basis for improving the teaching quality.Methods Using the integration teaching method,made questionnaire after course,randomly selecting 80 students of clinical medicine specialty as investigation objects,researching students attitude to the teaching reform.Results 41.5%of the students think integration teaching is superior to the former teaching way respectively, and can improve the learning;27.5%of the students think is not better than the previous teaching mode;31.0%of the students said not clear;57.5%of students satisfied with it; 52.5% of the students think to launch cases discussed in the seminar; 70% of students choose self-study books related contents in the study hall, 78.8%of the students think no significant gains in the self-study class;71.3%of the students think integration requirements on the teaching reform of teaching material. Conclusion Digestive system integration teaching is accepted by most of the students, at the same time, reasonable arrangement of teaching, study hall, and teaching material also need to appropriate adjustment in order to meet the students＇ real needs.
