摘要
呼吸系统疾病是内科学的重要组成部分,是每一位医生必修的医学内容。传统呼吸系统疾病教学主要从某一特定疾病的发病机制入手,重点围绕临床表现展开诊断与治疗知识的讲授。随着医学教育课程体系的不断完善与医疗水平的不断提高,传统医学授课模式逐渐表现出些许不足,而案例教学法的出现提供了一种假设前提,可引导学员独立思考,注重双向交流,在实践技能教学方面具备一定的理念优势。故为了进一步提高呼吸系统疾病教学质量,将案例教学法引入到呼吸系统疾病教学中,结果显示,案例教学法与传统理论知识授课相结合能够得到良好教学效果,具有深入研究及推广意义。
Respiratory system disease is an important part of internal medicine and a compulsory medical content for every doctor.The traditional teaching of respiratory system diseases mainly starts with the pathogenesis of a particular disease.With the continuous improvement of the curriculum system of medical education and the continuous improvement of medical level,the traditional medical teaching mode gradually showed some deficiencies.The emergence of the case teaching method provides a hypothetical premise,which can guide the students to think independently,pay attention to two-way communication,and have certain conceptual advantages in practical skill teaching.Therefore,in order to further improve the teaching quality of respiratory system diseases,The case teaching method is introduced into the teaching of respiratory system diseases.The result shows that the combination of case teaching method and traditional theoretical knowledge teaching can get good teaching effect,which has the significance of further research and popularization.
