摘要
垂直井眼的防斜打快是钻井过程中的工程技术难题之一,其本质一是通过工程技术手段使井眼垂直不偏斜,二是在保证井斜不超标的情况下尽量提高机械钻速。当前防斜理论与工具可以分为常规防斜钻具组合、高效防斜钻具组合和自动垂钻系统三大类。常规防斜钻具组合包括钟摆钻具组合、满眼钻具组合等传统防斜技术,这些技术在大量使用过程中取得了不错的效果,但在钻遇高陡构造等造斜能力强的地层时无法实现防斜与打快的统一。防斜技术的思路由静力学防斜向动力学防斜的转变,是典型的技术创新,如光钻铤防斜、偏心偏轴防斜钻具、反钟摆钻具组合等。自动垂钻系统可以在快速钻进的同时,将井斜控制在1°以内,完全实现了防斜打快的目标,但价格昂贵。
Deviation control and fast drilling on the vertical borehole is one of the difficulties of engineering technology during the drilling process.0ne nature is ensuring the vertical borehole through engineering technol- ogy;the other nature is rate of penetration should be enhanced as far as possible under the condition of normal well deviation range.Current theory and tools of the deviation control may be classified into three types :conventional packed hole assembly ,efficient packed hole assembly and automatic vertical drilling system.
