摘要
塔里木油田山前构造第四系-吉迪克组层段巨厚砾石层机械转速慢,钻井周期长。鉴于空气钻井技术在提速方面的优势,开展气体钻井提速技术应用,但仍存在地层出水、井眼净化、井斜控制及风险预警等一些问题。主要通过对博孜区块的地质调研及分析,提出气体钻井井身结构的优化方案,并通过气体钻井井眼净化技术、井斜控制技术及随钻监测与风险识别等技术配套,解决了大尺寸井眼深井气体钻井设备配套、井眼净化及井下事故预防的难题。通过以上分析及技术集成,形成博孜区块大尺寸井眼气体钻井配套技术,有效的解决塔里木油田博孜区块砾石层钻井提速上的难点。
The thick gravel layer of the Quaternary-Jidike formation in the piedmont structure of Tarim Oilfield has low mechanical speed and long drilling cycle.In view of the advantages of air drilling technology in speed-increase,the application of gas drilling speed-up technology is carried out,but there are still some problems such as formation water production,well⁃bore purification,well deviation control and risk warning.On the basis of the geological investigation and analysis of the Bozi blocks,this article mainly conducts the optimization plan of gas drilling well structure,and through gas drilling wellbore puri⁃fication technology,well deviation control technology,monitoring while drilling and risk identification technical support,it solves the problem of supporting large-size deep well gas drilling equipment,difficulties in wellbore purification and down⁃hole accident prevention.Through the above analysis and technical integration,a large-size wellbore gas drilling supporting technology has been formed in the Bozi block,which effectively solves the difficulty of drilling speed in the gravel layer of the Bozi block in the Tarim Oilfield.
