摘要
学校氛围作为学校软件建设的重要方面,直接影响到学生的学业成绩。PISA测试及调查结果表明,学校氛围对学生学业成绩有很大的影响,具体表现在学校的逃学现象、学生学习效率的差异等方面。研究学校氛围对学生学业的影响可以帮助我们不断改进学校系统,为学生学习营造更加良好的外部环境。
As an important aspect of school software building, school climate directly affects students＇ academic performance. PISA test and survey results show that the school environment has a great infl uence on students achievement, specifi cally in terms of school truancy, differences in students learning effi ciency and so on. Studying the effects of school climate on students academic performance can help us improve the school system and create a more favorable external environment for students.
