学校氛围对青少年抑郁的影响:自我控制的中介作用 被引量:31

Self-control Mediates the Relationship between School Climate and Adolescents' Depression

摘要 目的:考察高中阶段青少年所感知到的学校氛围如何影响其抑郁,关注青少年自我控制的中介作用。方法:采用问卷法和自我报告法,调查431名高中生所感知的学校氛围、自我控制和抑郁;采用SPSS16.0和AMOS17.0进行数据统计分析。结果:学校氛围既可直接负向预测抑郁,也可通过青少年自我控制负向预测抑郁。结论:积极的学校氛围除直接降低青少年抑郁外,也可通过提高青少年自我控制水平,减轻青少年抑郁。 Objective: To investigate the effect of school climate on adolescents' depression, especially for a mediation effect of adolescents' self-control. Methods: Data were obtained from 431 adolescents from a senior high school, measured with Perceived School Climate Questionnaire, Self-Control Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale. Results: School climate not only had a direct influence on depression, but also suppressed adolescents' depression indirectly through the mediating effect of adolescents' self-control. Conclusion: Positive school climate directly reduced adoescents' depression and increased adolescents' self-control, which in turn,decreased adolescents' depression.
