摘要
本文论述了分布式测试系统的设计要点,采用以太网通信,传输信息和测试数据。针对多总线伺服驱动及电机的测试平台,提出了一种基于以太网的分布式多总线伺服驱动及电机集成测试系统。设计了硬件系统,采用LabVIEW工具软件及DataSocket网络控制技术设计了控制软件及操作界面。测试运行结果表明系统运行稳定可靠,可以满足现代伺服系统多种测试台的管理和测试需求。
This paper discussed the designing points of the distributed test system,using the Ethernet communication,transmit information and test data. For multibus servo drived and motor test platform,proposed a distributed more bus servo drives and motor integrated test system based on Ethernet. Using LabVIEW software tools and DataSocket network control technology,designed the control software and user interface. Test results show that the system runs stable and reliable operation,can satisfy the management of modern servo system of test bed and test requirements.
