摘要
介绍分布式扩展型测控系统的组成、原理、功能以及关键技术。该系统以高速网络通讯为基础,数据管理服务器为核心,分布式节点机为枢纽,可非常灵活、便捷的按需分布、性能扩展以及设备兼容,适用于各种大型试验台数据测试与控制,尤其是环境恶劣的试验现场。经某型飞机液压试验台应用证明,该测控系统配置管理灵活、兼容性强、能极大的提高试验效率,特别是测控系统良好的扩展性,可避免重复建设,缩短扩展周期,降低成本,具有很好的经济效益和非常好的推广价值。
In this article, the component, principle,function and key technology of distributed extended measurement and control system is introduced in detail.This system can be easily distributing as needed and expanded performance and capability due to the foundation based on high-speed network communication, the core based on data management server and the hub based on distributed node machine. The system can be used on several data measuring and controlling test, especially on the ones with bad conditions. Proved by the application on hydraulic test of an aircraft, this system has flexible configuration and management and can improve the efficiency of the test. It can also avoid repeated construction,shorten expansion cycle and cut the cost. Therefore the system has good economic benefits and is worth promoting.
