摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中的应用效果。方法:随机将温江区人民医院和成都市第五人民医院2011年1月-2013年6月收治的180例人工关节置换术患者作为优质护理服务模式的观察组,与随机选择的2007年1月-2010年12月收治的常规护理模式180例人工关节置换术患者作为对照组,分别观察和统计两组患者术后恢复情况,并发症发生率及满意度并进行比较。结果:观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、拆线时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),平均关节屈伸活动度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度为98.88%,明显高于对照组的93.33%(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务模式应用于骨科人工关节置换患者中可缩短患者的康复时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective： To investigate efficacy of good nursing pattern in orthopedic joint replacement patients. Methods： 180 patients were selected from January 2011 to June 2013, all were regarded as the observation group, and were given good nursing. 180 patients were selected from January 2007 to December 2010, all were regarded as the control group, and were given ordinary nursing. Postoperative recovery in both was observed, the incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients were compared. Results： Pain relieving time and stitches time in the observation were shorter （P〈0.05）; the average range of motion in the observation was better （P〈0.05）;satisfaction of patients in the observation was 98.88%, obviously higher than 93.33%in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The good nursing pattern could reduce recovery time and improve satisfaction in patients.
