摘要
城市搜救队是联合国推荐的集搜索、营救与医疗为一体的国际化救援队建队模式,而外国医疗队是世界卫生组织牵头的以医疗队伍的能力进行分级的医疗队伍模式。笔者结合多年的国际医学救援实践,对这两种队伍的差异及现场协同性进行述评,并对其在我国的发展进行展望。
Urban search and rescue team is the United Nations recommended team, which incorporated search, rescue and medical service, whereas foreign medical team is World Health Organization led team, which classified based on the capability of medical team. Combined with years of international medical rescue experiences, the author reviewed the difference between the two types of teams and their on-site cooperation, as well as outlooked on their developments in our country.
