摘要
地震可造成全身多部位损伤,放射检查在地震伤员诊断、治疗方案的选择及预后评估中有重要意义。笔者总结放射科参与地震紧急医疗救援工作的经验,思考在地震医学救援中提高反应速度和救治效率的对策,为放射科进一步加强和改进地震应急放射检查决策提供参考。
Earthquake can cause injuries in many parts of the whole body. Radiological examinations can play an important role in diagnosis and treatment perscription of earthquake related injuries. The author thinks about the measures of improving response speed and treatment efficiency in earthquake medical relief, which are based on the experience of radiology department participating in earthquake emergency medical relief work, hopefully providing references for emergency radiological examination.
