摘要
以军队医院卫勤应急分队为基础,通过模块化设计,构建特色化、专业化、快速化的地震医疗救援队伍;根据破坏性地震震级、烈度,所造成的人员伤亡、伤员分布、灾区医疗机构设施破坏情况及后送条件,制订地震救援模块化抽组方案;并制订不同规模、地区、响应级别的医疗救援应急分队救援行动计划和方案。
To build characteristic,specialized,rapid earthquake medical rescue team through modular design based on the emergency health care squad of military hospital.Make earthquake relief modular program and make plans of different scales,areas and response levels enforced by emergency health care squad according to the magnitude,intensity,casualties,distribution of the wounded,damages to medical facilities and evacuation conditions.
