摘要
目的降低柴胡皂苷的损失率。方法通过对比水、氯化钠、蔗糖、乙酸、碳酸氢钠5种浸泡液,探讨不同种类和不同浓度的浸泡液对柴胡皂苷损失率的影响。结果乙酸浸泡液可显著地减小皂苷损失率,乙酸浓度1%~2%时皂苷损失率均较低。结论原料柴胡用1.4%乙酸溶液浸泡30 min后,干燥时皂苷损失率较低。
Objective To reduce the loss rate of saponin in Bupleuri Radix after soaking. Methods The impact of soaking with different types and concentrations of soaks on the loss rate of saponin in Bupleuri Radix was investigated by comparing the effect of water, sodium chloride, sucrose, acetic acid and sodium bicarbonate. Results The loss rate of saponin was significant lowered by soaking with acetic acid with the concentration of 1%-2 %. Conclusion The loss rate of saponin in Bupleuri Radix can be lowered after soaking with 1.4 % acetic acid for 30 min and drying.
