摘要
目的验证痘克乳膏微生物检验方法,保证检验方法的合理性和结果真实性。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版二部微生物限度检查法(附录ⅪJ),采用常规法和培养基稀释法验证。结果培养基稀释法可消除痘克乳膏的抑菌活性。结论化妆品微生物检验方法也需进行验证。
Objective To verify the microbial inspection method for Douke Cream and ensure the rationality of the method and the authenticity of test results. Methods Referring to Test Method of Microbial Limit listed in the second part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition（Appendix XI J）, the conventional method and the medium dilution method were adopted for the validation. Results The medium dilution method could eliminate the interference of bacteriostatic activity of Douke Cream. Conclusion The microbial inspection method for cosmetics needs to be verified.
