摘要
为考察《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的方法(以下简称规范方法)中培养基质量对试验结果的影响,以及微生物富集方法(microbial enrichment general,以下简称ENR方法)和规范方法的适用性和一致性,以20株大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌及其染菌样品进行试验,比较了4种不同品牌培养基对规范方法试验结果的影响。结果显示,4种品牌培养基对金黄色葡萄球菌检测结果和化妆品染菌样品的检出率存在显著差异,ENR方法的适用性检测结果显著优于规范方法。基于试验结果,本研究发现市售培养基质量良莠不齐;对于化妆品染菌样品,ENR方法的检出率显著优于规范方法。
Impact of culture medium quality on experimental results in the Safety and Technical standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition)method(referred to as the standard method),as well as the applicabilities and consistencies of the microbial enrichment general method(referred to as the ENR method)and the standard method were examined in this paper.Experiments were conducted on 20 strains of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and their inoculated samples,to study the effects of 4 brand culture media on the results of the standard method and the consistencies and applicabilities of the standard and ENR methods.The results showed significant differences in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus and the detection rates of the 4 brand culture media for inoculated samples of cosmetics.The applicability of the ENR method was significantly better than that of the standard method.Based on the experimental results,it was found that the quality of commercially available culture media varied,and the detection rate of the ENR method was significantly better than that of the standard method for inoculated samples of cosmetics.
