摘要
针对国产600 MW超临界燃煤机组投运后,因汽轮机通流部分效率低,导致电厂能耗高等问题,由ALSTOM公司负责汽轮机通流部分优化设计,电厂利用机组大修机会将汽轮机转子高/中/低压内缸全部换新,配合进行锅炉、发电机、主变压器等设备的改造,大幅度降低了机组能耗。机组热力性能试验表明优化措施合理可行,提高了机组的热效率,经济效益显著,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Energy consumption of power plant is high due to low efficiency of flow passage of steam turbine after the operation of home-made 600 MW supercritical coal-fired units. By optimum design of flow passage with ALSTOM and replacement of high, medium and low-pressure inner cylinders during units overhaul in power plant as well as transformation of boilers, generators and main transformers, energy consumption of units is significantly reduced. Thermal performance test of the units shows that the optimization measures are reasonable and feasible in improving thermal performance of units; the economical efficiency is remarkable and the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
