摘要
在300 MW发电机组增容改造中,采用2种不同汽轮机通流设计技术,使汽轮机高中压缸效率得到提高,同时对锅炉、发电机、主变压器等主设备也进行了相应的改造,改造后性能试验表明:机组发电标煤耗下降7g/kWh以上,年节约标煤约1.2万t,机组出力增加至330 MW,机组运行经济性大大提高。
The high pressure cylinders and medium pressure cylinders are greatly improved in the efficiency by the adoption of two kinds of through flow design technology of steam turbines. At the some time, the boil- ers, generators, main trarsformers and other main equipments are accordingly reformed. Performance test af- ter the transformation demonstrates that coal consumption of the units for power generation reduces by more than 7 g/kWh ; the annual save of standard coal amounts to 12 thousand tons; output of the units grows to 330 MW and the operation reliability is improved.
