摘要
湛江电厂300MW机组增容通流改造内容,及改造后效果,厂用电率、供电煤耗降低,汽轮机效率提高。改造后调门连杆设计不舍理,频繁出现门杆弯曲,调门失控现象,重新设计了现场LVDT杆连杆和阀体的传动机构,解决调门失控问题。
This thesis shows the content of capacity increment reformation of the generating units (300MW) in Zhanjiang power plant and the effects after reformation, the decrease of power consumption rate and coal consumption rate, the rising efficiency of steam turbine rate. After the reformation, the connecting rod frequently was bent, the control valve was out of control, and the design of control valve appeared unreasonable. And then redesign the LVDT connecting rod and the valve transmission mechanism, which could solve the problem of control valve out of control.
