摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是一类具有多向分化潜能和低免疫原性的成体干细胞,具有促进血管形成、保护神经的治疗作用,还具有免疫调节功能。BMSCs治疗支气管哮喘主要通过发挥免疫调节作用改善哮喘病情,减轻哮喘气道及肺组织内炎症细胞数目及浸润,调节Thl/Th2细胞失衡,减少炎症细胞及因子的分泌,上调CD4+CD25+Treg比例,达到恢复机体正常的免疫应答功能。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells（ BMSCs） is a kind of multi-directional differentiation and low immunogenicity of adult stem cells,it has the fuction of promote angiogenesis and protect the nerve; in addition,BMSCs also has immunomodulatory functions,such as inhibiting the proliferation of T cells and B cell proliferation and differentiation,adjust unbalanced Th1 / Th2 cells,reduce the secretion of inflammatory cells and factors,increase proportion of CD4＋CD25＋Treg,restore the bady＇s immune response to normal function.
