摘要
脓毒症是一个高发病率、高病死率的疾病。其发病特点是全身炎性反应失调引起的免疫功能障碍,因此如何选择最佳动物模型对研究脓毒症至关重要。盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)是目前研究脓毒症应用最广泛、最具代表意义的一种模型,更类似于人类脓毒症的进展和特点。尽管CLP不能完全复制临床的脓毒症,但其仍为脓毒症发病机制和防治研究提供了大量有意义的基础数据。该文对CLP的研究应用予以综述,以促进实验研究与临床试验间的转化。
Sepsis is a disease of high incidence and high mortality,which is characterized by dysregulated systemic inflammatory responses followed by immunosuppression,so how to choose the best animal model for the study of sepsis is crucial. Sepsis induced by cecal ligation and puncture( CLP) is the most widely used model. Although CLP does not completely reproduce the complexity of human sepsis,the CLP model is one of the best representations of human sepsis which has made important contributions to our knowledge of the inflammation involved in sepsis and to the identification of therapeutic strategies. Here we gathered these data on the CLP-induced sepsis model for a review to narrow the gap between experimental research and clinical trial.
